Victoria Beckham Launches "Affordable" Dress Line

Not only does the amazingly gorgeous Victoria expect a baby girl next month, is married to one of the hottest men in the entire world, and is the ultimate fashion icon (even at 8months pregnant!), but she has branched out and created a new dress line based off of the "Emily the Strange" teen character, and is described by the Beckham as 'girly'.
Victoria by Victoria Beckham will launch in stores next Spring 2012 & is targeted at those "girls" who want to look fabulous without having you break your piggy bank.

She told WWD: 'The perfect little summer dress, something that was fun, something that was girly, something that was easy to wear, something that would take you from day through the night.
'I’m opening these designs to women and girls of all different shapes and sizes, people who maybe want something less tight and clingy and structured.

'It also makes it more comfortable for during the day. You can wear them
with a pair of flats or a pair of heels and they look great.'

Headbands && Mascara...

I dropped by the store yesterday and picked up a few trims and elastics to make a few headbands and also make some new shorts (whenever my studs arrive!), so I can't wait for that. On another completely different note, Maybelline New York has come up with a brand-new mascara brilliantly named "LOL"; NO, it doesn't stand for "laugh out loud", but for "Lots of Lashes". It is mainly targeted for the bottom lashes, which sometimes is an issue for us girls. It combines the famous Great Lash Mascara formula and a spiky-ball shape (resembling the Givenchy one from last year!). It's designed to get at corner and bottom lashes, and to eliminate clumps.  And though you may giggle at the plastic fuchsia pine cone that now crowns your mascara wand, I promise the results are seriously gorgeous.

Latest Obsession...

Okay, so I am seriously on a mission to find me some of these headbands that the Olsen twins wore (Ashley, on the right, wore the Prada satin headband first, while Mary-Kate showed up with the exact one at a fashion show in Paris)! Or at least make some! Does anyone know where I could find some of these?!
I am desperate!

Britney Spears' New Single!

So I gotta say that I have been the BIGGEST Brit fan since she first came into the spotlight; I was in late 5th grade and ever since then, I have loved about almost all of her music. To honor her new single today, here is the video and even though I'm not so crazy about her look (in a way she kind of reminds me of Avril Lavigne with the pink in her hair!), she still manages to rock it in her own way.

Ex-Dior Designer, John Galliano, on Trial Today

Former Dior designer John Galliano goes on trial Wednesday, charged with hurling anti-Semitic slurs in a Paris cafe — allegations that shocked the fashion world and cost him his job at the renowned French high-fashion house.

Galliano is charged with "public insults based on origin, religious affiliation, race or ethnicity" and could face up to six months in prison and euro22,500 ($32,175) in fines. The verdict is expected at a later date.

The outspoken British designer will be present at the one-day trial, his lawyer Aurelien Hamelle said.

Dior fired Galliano after 14 years with the company and denounced his comments. After joining the company in 1996, Galliano made an indelible mark on the storied house, with theatrical, often outrageous, runway shows that were among the most-anticipated displays on the Paris fashion calendar.

The trial, too, comes on the opening day of another round of Paris fashion shows, the menswear spring-summer 2012 collection.

Versace Signs on as H&M's Guest Designer

Following up on its highly successful projects with designers like Lanvin, Karl Lagerfeld, and Comme des Garçons, H&M has just announced that its next designer collaboration will be with the legendary house of Versace. Designed by creative director Donatella Versace, the collection will channel the legacy and heritage of the Italian luxury label by incorporating leather, prints and (of course) a lot of color. The collection, which will include items designed for men, women and home, will be available starting November 17, 2011 at nearly 300 H&M stores worldwide and online. Versace has also agreed to design an exclusive pre-spring collection for H&M that’s expected to launch online on January 19, 2012. CAN'T WAIT! Rachel Bilson Goes Global with Sunglass Hut

She must be doing an amazingg job as Sunglass Hut's brand ambassador, because Rachel Bilson is going international! The brand has extended her contract and expanded her role from Sunglass Hut's personal advisor/blogger to global icon as they establish themselves even more in the world market. 

Shops all over the world, from the UK to the Philippines, will be decorated with Rachel's image and they'll welcome the media darling at in-store appearances. Rachel will also give style advice and answer fan questions on her newly redesigned blog for the brand. Sunglass hut has opened over 500 stores this year alone, and has plans to open an additional 1,000 by 2015! 


She has officially gone from a great fashion icon (for me, personally), to an even bigger influence in my career as her roles get more serious.

Kim Kardashian at Khloe's 27th Birthday Celebration!

  Birthday girl Khloe was with Los Angeles Lakers star and husband Lamar Odom, and the group also included brother Rob Kardashian Jr. at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens at the Paris last night. Khloe turns 27 on June 27.

She walked the red carpet wearing a silver beaded Taupe dress with beige Christian Louboutin heels, while hubby Lamar wore jeans and a button-up shirt. Not so far behind was Kim with her husband-to-be, Kris Humphries, in a black and beige Christian Audigier dress with a YSL clutch and black Christian Louboutin heels. Love it!
